Beautiful indoor pool, Quick check-in, Good breakfast selection

A musty odor permeates the hallways!!! Maintenance issues are prevalent with broken furniture and unkempt carpets, creating an uncomfortable environment. The lack of operational amenities detracts from a more enjoyable stay!!!

Could Use Some Improvement

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant — long check-in, a stuffy, mildewy room, and a disappointing breakfast. If you're looking to enjoy amenities like a pool or dining options, this place may not meet your expectations.

I loved unwinding after a long day of hiking at the indoor pool and enjoying some time in the sauna. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, with lots of yummy options to fill me up before a day of adventure. Just a heads up, it could get a bit noisy at night due to other guests, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

The front desk staff lacked attentiveness, often glued to the TV, and the absence of housekeeping during my two-day stay was frustrating. The pool area looked appealing, but it was marred by litter and dirty towels left around. Unexpectedly, the heater in my room malfunctioned, and it became quite uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was somewhat salvaged by the delightful dim sum I discovered nearby, which was a pleasant surprise.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend adventure in Stroudsburg with best value. We were excited about the indoor pool, but management didn't seem to care about the rowdy crowd ruining our stay. Just be careful if planning to swim, as the pool might not be well maintained.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the room clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was nice, and in my area, it was quiet most of the time. The shower had good pressure, which I appreciated. However, it took too long to check in, and my room card needed to be reprogrammed daily. I faced issues with loud music from a nearby nightclub that made it hard to sleep. Overall, this stay was a mixed experience.

Not worth the hype!

I spent 2 nights at this place and wow, it was a real letdown. The carpets were filthy, and the room had that old musty smell. I expected more for the price. Breakfast was just lame bagels, and the noise from the pool area kept me up. The only good thing was the comfy bed.

The bed was soft, and I appreciated having an extra sink for convenience. Enjoyed the indoor pool area, perfect for the kids!

But honestly, I was half-expecting a roach to ask for room service!

We hit up some awesome winery tours and enjoyed skiing. The atmosphere was fun, and the location was pretty convenient. Just a heads up, the breakfast ends early, so be sure to set an alarm or you'll miss it!

One thing that struck me was the musty smell in our second room. While the staff did spray something to help, it didn't completely get rid of it. So, if you’re sensitive to smells, be mindful.

Wi-Fi was reliable and the swimming pool was enjoyable. room cleanliness needs improvement.

The Fairbridge Inn & Suites Poconos has a cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I loved the convenience of the indoor pool area, and the bar nearby was a great touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better.

The breakfast options could use improvement.

I had such a blast at this hotel! The indoor pool is an absolute gem, perfect for kids to play and splash around. I also loved the cozy Whispers bar, where the bartenders served the most delicious specialty drinks that made my evenings extra special.
